Tennessee Residents

The Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), effective July 1, 2025, provides Tennessee residents certain rights regarding their personal information.

You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data, correct inaccuracies in your personal data, delete personal data we have collected about you, obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format, and opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling.

Opting Out of Marketing

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to your policies (such as renewal notices, billing statements, or claims correspondence).

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 30 business days for federal requests and 45 days for state-specific privacy requests.

Do Not Track
